Governor Pawlenty's office released another public events schedule (for Thursday) that listed this:
"No Public Events Scheduled."
He hasn't had a public event scheduled since Friday (and that was his weekly radio show). The last time a Minnesota reporter could talk to Pawlenty was at Farmfest on Tuesday, August 5th. Pawlenty was in Washington DC and Delaware on Wednesday, August 6th. He had nothing listed on his schedule on August 7th.
A spokesman for Pawlenty says Pawlenty is in Minnesota today.
Perhaps the governor is preparing for his Sunday appearance on Face the Nation (his appearance isn't yet listed on the CBS site but The Fix says it's happening).
The feature examines statements made by Minnesota politicians and checks them for accuracy. Based on data analysis, document reviews and interviews with non-partisan analysts, statements are rated either true, false or inconclusive.
