This is for sure the final legislative Digest of the year. Lawmakers are set to meet in a rare Sunday session today to finish their work. The House is in at 1 pm. The Senate is back at 2 pm. The remaining sticking point to an overall budget deal is the bonding bill. DFL House Majority Leader Tony Sertich said to expect a noontime announcement with Gov. Pawlenty.
