Gov. Pawlenty said today that capping property taxes is the key to passing a budget. In his latest budget offer, Pawlenty also reduced the amount of money he wants to take from the Health Care Access Fund from $125 million to $50 million. The governor made the budget comments after he signed the bovine TB eradication bill into law.
