This may be the earliest Digest you'll ever get. Then again, it may be the latest Digest you'll ever get. It's all a matter of perspective. My perspective is drained after waiting for the House to finish a nearly 15 hour floor debate. That means you're getting this digest while you're still in bed. I'm sending the digest and going to bed.
