MDH prepares to snuff out smoking ban loophole

The Minnesota Department of Health just issued a news release saying MDH will take action against any bars that use "theater nights" to allow smoking in their establishments. A number of bars have been using the "theater nights" to allow smoking citing an exemption for theatrical productions. AP has a story here.
