Ventura update

Former Gov. Jesse Ventura has declined numerous requests from MPR to come on the air and talk about what's on his mind.

So what has he been up to lately? Apparently he's been thinking about his health.

Ventura is supposed to have a new book out in April, so maybe he'll make the rounds to promote it. We'd certainly love to talk to him.

Legislative leaders on Midday

DFL House Speaker Margaret Kelliher and DFL Senate Majority Leader Larry Pogemiller will be on Midday at 11 to look back on 2007 and discuss the upcoming legislative session.
