DFL State Senator Terri Bonoff of Minnetonka, has officially announced that she's a candidate for Congress. She made her official announcement at Hopkins High School. Here's her q and a with reporters after the announcement. Bonoff is the second Democrat to officially enter the race to Replace GOP Rep. Jim Ramstad, who is retiring. Iraq war veteran Ashwin Madea is also running. GOP State Rep. Erik Paulsen is actively seeking the Republican endorsement but has not officially announced.
