convention_logo.jpgThe Republican National Convention folks unveiled the official logo for next year's confab today. Logos are supposed to give us a strong message.

What does this logo tell us? Most graphic designers are Democrats.

Update: I'm not an artist and I have no Photoshop skills, but if you have some and you'd like to create a logo -- satire is encouraged -- for either the Dems or Republicans, I wouldn't have a problem posting the submissions.

Watch the elephants tip toe around the fact the current president is in their party. Maybe no one will notice.

Hmm, as logos go I don't think it's so bad. And I yield to no man in my quickness to mock graphics designers.

This logo is a far cry better than the one they cooked up for the 2012 Olympics.
