Not sure why my previous comment didn't get posted, but here's another link. This story is dubious at best. It hasn't been confirmed by any credible source and Waxman explicitly denies it.
"There is not now, nor has there ever been, any investigation of this subject," Waxman said in a statement. "The American Spectator should immediately retract its report and apologize for the confusion its fictitious report has caused."
