Idiocy and the Constitution

If you can believe him -- and I guess I do -- Jeff Jarvis (BuzzMachine) reports he filled out his absentee ballot in New Jersey today and there was a question on it to change the language of the state's constitution, denying the right to vote to idiots (and others).
