Bonoff to make it official

State Sen. Terri Bonoff, DFL-Minnetonka, plans to formally announce her campaign for Congress in the 3rd District on Monday. She has already raised more than $88,000 for a run.

Another DFLer, Ashwin Madia, announced last week.

The seat will be open because incumbent Republican Jim Ramstad is not running for re-election.
