Obama coming to Minneapolis in June

Posted at 5:39 PM on May 3, 2007 by Tom Scheck

Illinois Senator Barack Obama will be making an appearance in Minneapolis on June 29th. Paul Provost, a local grass roots strategist for Obama, says Obama will be speaking at Boom Island in Minneapolis. Time has yet to be announced. I'm told tickets will be $25 for general admission and $10 for students and seniors. Provost says Sam and Sylvia Kaplan will also be holding a separate fundraiser for Obama.
