Coleman's campaign released the top line number late Wednesday. The $1.5 million is only about $200,000 more than Al Franken raised in the first three months of the campaign. But Coleman has a big advantage in cash on hand with $2.8 million in the bank compared to Franken's $1 million.
The actual reporting deadline is April 15, so we still haven't seen any details from either campaign about where the money is coming from.

This story reminds me that there are many who WANT Coleman to continue in the US Senate...even though his ideas about supporting the UNNECESSARY war in IRAQ while not saying much of anything about supporting the NECESSARY war in Afghanistan never had anything to do with wondering where the money would come from for these 2 adventures as well as to fund tax cuts for wealthy people and corporations. What planet does he live on ? In my opinion, Coleman needs to be retired now. His latest 'concern' about Federal Funding is too little, too late...That guy has no idea what a quagmire his Party has gotten this country in to...Thanks.
