Candidate statements

The radio folks are airing statements from the Senate and gubernatorial candidates this week. The Campaign 2006 Web site has pages dedicated to most of these candidates to provide some more robust information. But here to whet your appetite are the actual statements being broadcast. All are in the beautiful RealPlayer format.

Hi Julia! I never get to see you at the cafe anymore!

So... is anyone else to that point where you've stopped caring who will win the election if only the media would JUST STOP TALKING ABOUT IT!!

I'm not QUITE there yet... but by next Monday I most certainly will be! Forget waterboarding, if they want to, um, "persuade" the uncharged prisoners in Gitmo to make up some really good terrorism information, all they need to do is leave a bunch of TVs and radios running campaign ads and political talk in front of their cells...

By the way, would the ONE PERSON IN THE UNIVERSE who has not already made up their mind regarding their ballot please come out from under the rock?
