52 GOP 48 Dems

That's the new count in the Electoral Vote Predictor. (A bad, bad name but I won't bother arguing the role of polls again)

And the House is currently polled at 219-216 GOP.

Not very accurate, is it, given the news out of Florida Friday. Call it 51-49 then...

An interesting site. As I recall he didn't quite hit it for the 2004 Presidential election.

Albatross, Mark Foley is in the House of Representatives, not the Senate. Moreover, most observers consider it likely the House seat will stay Republican as the GOP nominated an attractive replacement on Saturday.

He hit it at some point. But his "prediction" is based on current polls and he averages them out, which of course is bad math.

At some point during the campaign of 2004, he hit it, since he had a different "prediction" every day.

Still, I love the site.

Wait until 2 weeks from now. Then we'll see the numbers change for both the house and senate from various polling data. The Mark Foley/Dennis Hastert coverup affair will change all that.
