DFLer Patty Wetterling, who is running for Congress in Minnesota's Sixth District, appeared at an event urging President Bush and Congress to pass real health care solutions to the health care crisis. MPR (courtesy of online editor Melanie Sommer) isolated Wetterling's comments on health care. You can listen to them here.
President Bush is holding a health care roundtable discussion in Minnetonka and will then appear at a fundraiser for Wetterling's GOP opponent, Michele Bachmann. The Bush visit will raise $500,000 for Bachmann.
