This blog says it's not affiliated with any party, but the DFL is shopping it around.

Oddly enough, running over to network solutions to run a quick 'whois' on the site gives the name & contact info of the party in charge (http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp). Coupled with a quick Google search, its pretty clear the author has some fairly strong DFL ties.

"Pssst!! Reliable campaign volunteer, could you go and dig up some dirt on Hutch and create a 'nonpartisan' blog for us? Thanks!"
