Our Member Services team supports new and existing members with many types of questions or concerns. During the member drive, we'll post common questions with answers from our Member Services Representative Jess Horwitz.
I need to switch the credit/debit card number from which my monthly contribution is drawn. I can't find how to do this online. Could you please steer me in the right direction?
Certainly. You may call Member Services to make the change. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM at 651-290-1212 or 1-800-228-7123. At this time, there is not a way for you to update this information online, but we're working on making that possible.
