Garrison Keillor and Bill Moyers take the Fitzgerald stage

On June 13th, Garrison Keillor will welcome Bill Moyers to the stage of the Fitzgerald Theater.

The famed storyteller, author and Prairie Home Companion mastermind will converse with the Emmy- and Peabody Award-winning journalist about his new book, Bill Moyers Journal: The Conversation Continues.

Moyers' career spans domains most people only dream of. He has famously engaged political leaders, activists, writers, and movers and shakers the world over in riveting conversations through his PBS program, Bill Moyers Journal, and garnered a substantial following along the way. He also helped to found the Peace Corps, worked as a senior white house assistant under President Johnson, and held the title of senior news analyst for CBS news. Bill Moyers Journal: the Conversation Continues is just the latest of he innovative journalist's several published works.

* The event is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM at the historic Fitzgerald Theater. All tickets are $20, however MPR members will receive a $2 discount. Ticket holders will also save $10 per copy of Bill Moyer Journal: The Conversation Continues.
