We think the best way to help our audiences get a handle on things is to understand, from the point of view of average citizens, what the problems with the system are that need to be solved.
After reading reactions to the commentary from an M.D. who refused his employer's health care plan, I realized there are many possible points of failure. From a lack of coverage to the sheer cost of health care, what affects you most?
