Red River: Hurry up and wait

Like many I'm watching the Red River coverage. The new crest at Fargo is up to 43 feet. After long days of volunteers hurrying up with preventive measures, the sandbagging continues but Code Red has been called in Moorhead. We'll have to wait and see if people are evacuated, even as they continue their efforts.
