On voting and volunteering in Minnesota

Susan Budig writes about voting and volunteering in Minnesota:

"I usually vote sometime between 9 and 3 o'clock so I can't say that the line, which was hundreds of people deep, was unusual for 7:00, but I certainly have never experienced such a huge wait to vote. I'd say that's a good sign."
