Monday morning links

Posted at 8:35 AM on September 8, 2008 by Julia Schrenkler

Time to get back into the swing of things. Here are my mix-and-match links you may enjoy over coffee this morning:

* 09:06 a.m. CT Bob Collins will be live-blogging Midmorning. The show asks, "Will Palin attract women to the Republican ticket?"

* MPR News: Crews say I-35W bridge may be done in days.

* The Current's Bill DeVille both wonders and exclaims, "Your taste in music defines your personality?!"

Has the Palin nomination affected your perspective?

From MPR's Public Insight Journalism: How has Sarah Palin made you reflect on your own life -- or re-think the election?

Sen. John McCain's choice of Sarah Palin for his running mate was not foreseen by many. But she has been the subject of intense scrutiny since the announcement.

How has McCain's choice made you re-think the election, gender or family issues? Has it made you reflect on your own life?

Considering some of the comments on this News Cut blog entry, I'm guessing people are trying to re-think previous perspectives... or maybe really sit down and work out those thoughts for the first time. No matter, the questions are open now so please share your own insight.
