The obstacles between getting from here to there

A trio of recent road-travel links on mpr.org:

* Storm dumps more than 2 feet of snow in northern Minn. Suddenly, I have a new and appreciative perspective on Sunday's rain in the Twin Cities.

* Drivers and businesses feeling more pain at the pump but reportedly they're trying not to pass the cost on in order to retain customers. Some might even "get a boost from higher fuel prices."

* St. Cloud bridge closure is a hassle for some drivers. Detour ahead... but no word on how long before a fix or build.
