Weekend America not only has a new Web site design (you can send them your feedback on their new look) they also have the story I'm most likely to fire up on the computer for my family tomorrow: Lutefisk, and Other Childhood Traumas. John Moe talks about his adventures in eating traditional Scandinavian foods for the holidays. You may recognize - and resist - some of them.
