Midday goes to the Fair

At 11 a.m., University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley will kick off Midday at the State Fair with his great Minnesota Weather quiz.
At noon, former Governors Arne Carlson and Wendy Anderson join Gary Eichten on stage at the MPR State Fair booth at the corner of Judson and Nelson.
