Kramer's online news venture
Posted at 10:38 AM on August 27, 2007 by Bill Wareham
There's been a lot of chatter in news circles lately about former Strib publisher Joel Kramer's online venture. He detailed his plan this morning to Cathy Wurzer on Morning Edition. The short version: it's going to be a primarily online news site called MinnPost.com, run on a non-profit model similar to public broadcasting. There's no news on the site yet, but you can get a more detailed explanation of the venture.
(Update: Minnesota Monitor has an interview with Kramer here.)
(Update: Kramer also talks to Brian Lambert at The Rake.)
