Midday: Drought outlook

At 11 a.m., Midday will focus on the drought. University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley will be in the studio, and Mike Mulcahy willl talk to a variety of experts about Minnesota's water supplies and the impact of the drought.
At noon, Ellen Laipson of the Henry Stimson Center, speaking last week at the Chautauqua Institution about the war in Iraq.
