Midmorning: Rep. Jim Oberstar and managing multiple births

U.S. House Transportation Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Oberstar joins Midmorning at 9 a.m.to talk about the gas tax proposal in the Minnesota Legislature, airlines and commuter rail.
Oberstar represents Minnesota's 8th District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
At 10 a.m. a look at fertility treatments that are leading to more multiple pregnancies with difficult ethical decision for parents. Kerri Miller's guests are Dr. Randle Corfman, MD, reproductive endocrinologist and director of The Midwest Center for Reproductive Health; and Dr. Kirk Ramin, MD, professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health and is the director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Minnesota. He is also the father of teenage triplets.
