Midday: Kids Count report and debating gay marriage

At 11 a.m., Jim Koppel of the Children's Defense Fund of Minnesota will be in the MPR studios to talk about the annual "Kids Count" report. It shows a large increase in the number of Minnesota kids who are poor and a large increase in the number of kids who have no health insurance.
At noon, two professors debate gay marriage in an event that was held recently at the University of St. Thomas. The debaters were Richard Mohr of the University of Illinois and Dwight Duncan ofthe Southern New England School of Law.
