Midday: Congress and Iraq, and Sec'y of Veteran Affairs

At 11 a.m., University of Minnesota political science professor Kathryn Pearson joins Gary Eichten to discuss the conflicts between the role of the Congress and the role of the president in determining the course of the Iraq War.
At noon, the U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Jim Nicholson; he spoke Monday about plans to improve services for military veterans.
