Is high school obsolete?
Posted at 4:10 PM on April 23, 2007 by Bill Wareham
Bill Gates and Tim Pawlenty are among those who have declared American high schools obsolete. So that's the question we're exploring in a series of reports this week on MPR News stations and at mpr.org.
It kicks off on All Things Considered with reporter Laura McCallum's observations gathered at a variety of area high schools.
And as part of the project, Kerri Miller hosts a forum Thursday evening in the UBS Forum that you're welcome to attend (as space permits.)
