Midmorning: St. Paul's fire chief and the Soweto Gospel Choir

Kate Smith sits in for Kerri Miller and at 9 a.m. her guest is St. Paul Fire Chief Doug Holton. He'll discuss the state of the city Fire Department and a new audit which claims that its management is in crisis. Also joinng the conversation will be Chris Parsons, secretary of the International Fire Fighters Local 21.
At 10 a.m., a Grammy Award-winning choir from South Africa brings their music to Minnesota.
Lucas Bok is an artistic director with the Soweto Gospel Choir. The group's 2005 CD Blessed earned a Grammy for best traditional world music album.
