Midday: Judy Farmer and Kofi Annan farewells

A couple of farewells appearances on Midday:
At 11, retiring Minneapolis School Board member Judy Farmer will be Gary Eichten's studio guest to talk about key issues in education. She served 26 years on the school board, and attends her final meeting Tuesday afternoon.
At noon,the "Farewell address" by U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan given yesterday at the Harry Truman Presidential Library.
