Democrats seemed to be poised to sweep into power, but recent media accounts suggest Republican get out the vote efforts may mean GOP victories next week. At 9 a.m., NPR's political editor Ken Rudin joins Kerri Miller to sort out the conventional and unconventional political wisdom.
With a new book and talk of a run at the presidency, Senator Barak Obama is one of the most popular politicians in Washington. At 10, Kerri speaks with the senator about his book, and takes a look at his future prospects.
