Lawyers made opening statements today in the trial of Alphonso Rodriguez Jr., who's accused of murdering Dru Sjodin. MPR's Bob Reha is covering the trial and will have a report on All Things Considered.
Mark Zdechlik will report on a visit by national GOP officials considering the Twin Cities for their 2008 convention.
And grandma's recipes have whetted the Food Network's appetite for St. Paul cookbook author John Michael Lerma. Greta Cunningham recently talked to Lerma about what he learned from his grandmother.
And of course we'll have all the latest on the cease-fire in Lebanon and more from National Public Radio.
