Entenza out
Posted at 10:59 AM on July 18, 2006 by Bill Wareham
In a surprise announcement a few minutes ago, DFL-endorsed candidate Matt Entenza has dropped his bid for attorney general.
The news comes a day after a challenger filed to run against Entenza in the DFL primary. Entenza also made his announcement 15 minutes before state Republican leaders had scheduled a news conference to discuss "new developments regarding state Rep.
Matt Entenza's candidacy for state attorney general."
MPR's political team is following; stay tuned for reports throughout the day.
