Romney is coming across as having clear points and a straightforward plan.
In my opinion, Obama isn't coming across as well. He is shaking his head a lot and appears to be smirking.
Romney is really rude and repetative.
Romney must be repetitive to try to refocus the debate on the actual questions. I haven't seen rudeness on either candidate's part.
Being prior military I know when I here a LIVE gunshot on tv during a debate and I heard more than one and over a lengthy amount of time. It turned both party members completely around to look and all Obama did was laugh.
Because I already know who I'm voting for, and because after about 20 minutes I didn't have any idea what these guys were talking about, I shut off the tube and went to bed. Contributing to that decision were these types of typically distasteful exchanges.
First distasteful exchange:
Obama: I looked at a study that said your tax plan will raise taxes a billion thousand dollars per middle class household.
Romney: Oh yeah? Well, I looked at five other studies that said your study is BS.
[By the way, where is any discussion about the poor?]
Next distasteful exchange:
Romney: You're getting my plan wrong.
Obama: But your plan had been this, and now it's this.
Romney: You're getting my plan wrong.
Obama: But your plan is this.
Romney: You're getting my plan wrong.

Considering nobody is reporting shooting during the debates, I'm going to guess that maybe one of the crew dropped something or knocked something over off-camera. I could see how that might be funny, if that's what happened.
