It's a good life when the worst that can happen is Caribou Coffee runs out of cards for its summer sticker promotion that gives people a free cup of joe every so often.

If they are this upset over deals, I wonder how many have signed up online for $1 coffee coupons emailed out after every Twin's win? I feel like they might get upset if the Twins lose, making them pay more money for coffee in an air-conditioned building, that they probably got to by driving their car, that they paid for with their above minimum wage job.

This kind of privileged whining breaks my heart. How do we as a society have nothing better to do?

Reminds me of the sad but real entries on White Whine.

And yet, complaining about those darn Caribou cards does just about as much as complaining about that horrible famine.

And yet, complaining about complaining...

//does just about as much as complaining

I'll bet more people this week donated money to some of the organizations trying to help in Somalia (list here if you give a damn), than donated to Caribou Coffee.

Just guessing, though.
