Oslo by airboat

With little fanfare, the Mississippi River dropped below major flood stage in Saint Paul this morning.
Meanwhile, the Red River has not dropped below flood stage at Oslo, according to this image, snapped by the Minnesota Department of Homeland Security.
The only way in or out of Oslo is by airboat...
Wherever you see trees in the video, is where the normal channel of the river is.
