Another entry in the Homeland Security film festival

It turns out you don't have to go to Walmart to see a Homeland Security video in a retail space. The Mall of America is featuring this one, and its production values are much higher than the Janet Napolitano piece.

Note the artsy black-and-white treatment, the spot color effect on the ominously unattended briefcase and on the phone in the final shot. You might watch it a few times before you realize there is no live action in the video - it's just three still photographs, with big titles. Both videos are part of Homeland's "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign. Whatever else you might think about the in-store videos, they at least communicate a clear message - unlike the color-coded alert system almost nobody understands.
