Monday Morning Rouser

It may be Labor Day, but it's still Monday, and that means we get to have a Monday Morning Rouser. But because it's also Labor Day, let's have a Rouser from a worker's paradise. (Hat tip to my Substitute News Cut Colleague Nate Minor, who posted something similar last week. This one's better.)
