Rolling Stone has now posted the article that got Gen. Stanley McChrystal fired -- or not -- on its Web site.

Rolling Stone has now posted the article that got Gen. Stanley McChrystal fired -- or not -- on its Web site. It is, of course, compelling reading, at least once you ignore the in-line-text promos for other stories on the Rolling Stone Web site.

McChrystal's problem with the country's human resources department has an odd parallel this week. The man who dressed as a pierogi for the Pittsburgh Pirates pierogi races, was dumped after he wrote disparaging remarks about the team for extending the contracts of team executives who oversee one of the few operations more inept than BP.

Today, however, there's news on that front. The team has rehired Andrew Kurtz.

That's what would happen to me if I publicly complained about my company's management. What's good for me and the pierogi is good for the General.
