Great idea....it seems like everyone I have talked with this weekend is too depressed about the weather and the state of the world to even take a photo. That said, I will work on something tommorow. There is a lot of beauty
in my yard alone. My husband was smart enought to mow on Thursday night, so we are in good shape. Even our dog seems to be in the doldrums--she just lays by the door and won't go outside, except when necessary.
Yes, I mowed on Thursday too and actually if others were like me -- kinda dumb -- THAT would be a great picture. A guy racing to finish mowing, in the rain, while lightning flashes around him -- just because ....
I wish I had mowed thursday...
Actually, Mr. Newscut mowed Friday night with sirens going off, lightening in the area, but he finished just as the first drop of rain hit and although not the most intelligent choice he has ever made, I have to keep in mind he married me and that took a genius! LOL
I had no idea, actually, there was a waterfall to be found up near Ely.
When I discovered the trail to it, and found the hikers at the cascade, I realized I could keep up the theme I established last year of "people enjoying a waterfall"
