Let's drop in on Capitol insiders to see how the unallotment ruling is playing. I'll add to this through the early afternoon.

First up: Rep. John Lesch:

I went to school with Rep. John Lesch. Can't say I'd vote for him.

The Governor's Twitter feed now has a link to his official statment on the matter. But it doesn't really say anything we haven't heard before, so I don't have a lot of hope that the ending to this year's legislative session will be any less messy than last year's.
