The flu hasn't shown any signs of slowing down in Minnesota — 215 schools reported outbreaks last week — and this will be a great opportunity to clear up any lingering questions you might have about the flu.

We had a flu Q&A with MPR health reporter Lorna Benson here on Thursday at noon. You can replay the chat below; there were a lot of interesting questions and enlightening answers.

Also, check out MPR's H1N1 Flu Facts & Information portal. It's continually updated with the latest flu info.

I have an out of town funeral to attend, and am wondering if I should go because I've had a lingering cough. Am not sure if it's the flu or not, but my daughter is ill now with a flu-like illness with all the symptoms: fever over 100, aches, cough.... Should I consider myself contagious and stay home?

Can I receive both flu shots (H1N1 and standard one for this year) at the same time? How do I find a location to get immunized?

MY daughter potentially has H1N1. They said Influenza A, but 99% sure it's H1N1 because of it's behavior and timing. She's asthmatic. She seemed to be fine at her Vball game Tues evening. By 3am, she called me from her cell and all I heard was a raspy "help". I ran to her to find her in a severe asthma attack. Gave her the rescue inhaler. It only helped slightly. Took her temp. 103 degrees! Breathing getting worse...took her to the ER. They gave her Nebulizer treatment and Tamaflu. They said it can come on so fast that you can be fine and 30 minutes later you've got a 103 degree temp. We've been fighting the 103 temp for 3 days. Controlling it w/Tylenol. The breathing part is the scarry part. If you child is asthmatic, keep them close at night or a bell, phone, something near them. When this hits, they won't be able to yell for help.
