Thanks to the good folks I follow on Twitter, I was alerted to this video today.
Moments. If you could add a second-long image from your life to the video, what would it be:
One of mine (not personally) was in the film, but I'll wait to tell you below until I see if a conversation breaks out.

I want to help but I don'[t get it. I do get the "moment" thing and like the video. I really can not ask you on a public web site if you wear a purple bra and on some level I would rather not know.
I'm going to guess that one of your moments had to do with seeing your children for the first time. Or the only slightly less profound clicking on the computer mouse.
I would add kissing my daughter, or my dogs running down the driveway.

It's so hard to pick one moment out of my whole life that best symbolizes my life so far. I guess mine would be moving away from home for the first time to go to college. Of course there are many others too.
The most recent moment would be when my son, born by emergency C-section let out his first forceful cry. My heart started beating again...
For me, more often than not it seems, it's got to be the stepping in the doggie doo.
I would add the moment that I topped out on Spire 2 in the Needles in South Dakota last month. It was spectacular and something I will remember until my last day.
My moment would be that instant, at the end of a piece of music, and both the performer and audience know something special happened. Which doesn't happen to me enough as a performer, but it's magic when it does!
The moment for me is when I realized ... that savoring each moment is important. This video reinforces that.
