Frozen fairgrounds

MPR's Nikki Tundel visited the fairgrounds in January. Many of us will experience the bustle of the State Fair sometime in the next 12 days, and these images -- of the Fairgrounds as a desolate ghost town in winter -- provide an interesting counterpoint to that experience.
