It's near impossible to keep that Election Night excitement alive for 8 months.

So? Looks like a normal Twins game to me, or most dramatic movie audiences.

Who holds a smile for an hour?

Wow, were you even at the same rally? There was TONS of excitment. What you captured here were the moments where people were listening to Senator Elect Franken's amazing, and sometimes moving speech.

It's funny. I wrote two sentences, none of which said the people weren't interested. I indicated it wasn't electric. My assessment is it wasn't. But, I'm not part of the Franken campaign.

Was I at the same rally? Are these not the faces of the crowd?

And, yes, obviously they were listening to a speech. So were these people.

Bob, seriously, you can't compare any rally to Obama's.

Wow. Two hundred mentally challenged DFLers turned out to applaud the the theft of a Senate seat. It makes me so proud. TONS of excitement! They are good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like them!
What a pathetic joke Minnesota is.

You know what Kermit, you're right on the money. What we need is more open-minded and optimistic people like yourself to turn this state around.
