Here's the lesson you might draw from the Twin Cities free alt-weekly newspapers, if you happen to be strolling down a downtown St. Paul street and see their curb boxes side by side.
City Pages and the local edition of the Onion both put out their Gay Pride issues this week, to preview the gay-lesbian-bisexual-transgender extravaganzas in Minneapolis, New York and elsewhere.
Apparently, the occasion also coincides with a bare-legged urge to give piggy-back rides to members of the same sex who are not your children.
Not, as the saying goes, that there's anything wrong with that.
Can't see all the text on the CP cover, but is it a Pride homage or just some Howard Stern girl-on-girl come-on to get the boyz excited?
